Refund policy

We want you to love the items that you purchase, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, any unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased at Two Nine can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Any returns made after 14 days may not be accepted.

Returns may be made in person or by mail. You will receive a shipping label with the return address when your return is approved!

All returns by mail will be at the customer's expense.

The following items are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for a return:

• ANY reduced-priced item or sale item
• Jewelry + Accessories
• Eyewear + Hair Accessories
• Bodysuits + Underwear
• Any shoes returned must have 0 signs of wear and must be in the original box.

Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition. Thank you for understanding!
